My Love Letter Is *C*

***UPDATE***
One of the *c*hildren was reading my post and before she read my list said, "I hope you have children on there. I told her that I originally did, but since I couldn't put a picture of my children on there (since I don't have a flickr account), I changed out that one and put something different in its place. Just on the off chance that anyone else is reading this and thinking, "She didn't put her children on here?!," I would have if I could have. But I'm really not computer literate enough to know how other than starting a flickr account, and most of the pictures I have of my kiddos are regular film pictures since our digital is a little cheapy that we just use for little quick things like ebay, or medicine pictures for blog posts. (I scan most of the pictures you see on the blog).

So please realize my *c*hildren came before coffee and chocolate. Except sometimes on a really bad pms day I might have to think about it for about five seconds.

I've told you before that Mari over at My Little Corner of the World is always doing some fun little something or another, and many times I'm game. Sometimes I embarass myself a great deal, like here, and other times it's just a whole lot of fun. (Just as a side note...Reese, I think I saw a picture on your blog today where you didn't have bangs...hint, hint).

The gist of today's fun revolves around being assigned a letter of the alphabet, and then naming ten things you love that start with that letter. Mari assigned me the letter C. But I'd be lying if I said I didn't ask her not to give me X or Q.

Mari also added pictures to hers. I don't know if that was part of the "assignment" but I did it too. I used that flickr search and mosaic maker (find the instructions here, although I went past the first page in looking for a picture on some of them). Here are my ten things, with at least the first one in order, and the second and third at any given time switching places with each other.

1. Christ
2. coffee
3. chocolate
4. cross-stitch
5. Chronicles of Narnia
6. colorful daisies
7. clothes that make me look thinner than I am
8. changing leaves
9. caramel apples
10. Christmas - the real reason for the season

I love how my picture turned out, although that Spanx kind of stands out like a sore thumb. And I picked a picture of the actor who played Edmund in the Chronicles of Narnia instead of Aslan, because that actor looks a whole lot like Hubby did when he was about that age. It's the black hair and the eyes, but mostly the eyes. That's the thing that caught me the most the first time I saw the movie was the resemblance. It was like going back in time almost 30 years. Yes, I said 30 years. Almost.

If you want to play, let me know and I'll assign you a letter. And I promise I won't give you X or Q either.

I agree with Heather! I'll play but be nice! LOL!

I'll also look for a picture again. Thanks for reminding me. I told you I need some prodding sometimes...

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog. I am enjoying reading yours. That is a cute letter C project.

Actually, I figured out that you could do the strike out on the page just by using the symbols but I was so frustrated with trying to get it to show up right I just left it how it was....thanks though for letting me know. I might revise it on my next post. I'm scared to even mess with the current one!
